  • Toiletries
  • Washbasin, toothbrush, cup, towel, shampoo, soap, bath towel, comb, hand mirror, tissue paper

  • Eating utensils
  • Drinking cup (unbreakable), chopsticks, spoon, detergent, sponge

  • Clothing, etc
  • Sleepwear (pajamas or other open-fronted sleepwear), something to wear over sleepwear, underwear, indoor shoes (non-slip and quiet), hangers

  • Medications (please be sure to bring with you)
  • Regular medications, "Okusuri Notebook" (medicine book)
  • Others
  • Writing utensils (ballpoint pen), earphones (for TV viewing)


    *If you have an organ donation declaration card (including a health insurance card or driver's license with a declaration of intention column or a declaration of intention sticker attached), please present it to the nurse.

    *Daily necessities for hospitalization can be purchased at the convenience store in the center.

Note

  1. Please bring only the minimum necessary items. We advise against bringing large amounts of cash or valuables due to the risk of theft or loss. In case of theft or loss, we cannot be held responsible.
  2. During hospitalization, visits to other medical institutions are generally not allowed, so please bring the necessary amount of regular medication prescribed for the duration of your hospital stay. However, if you find yourself lacking medication during your hospital stay, please consult your physician or nurse in charge.
  3. You may use the electrical outlets in your room to charge your mobile phone, computer, portable audio player, and electric shaver, but please do not bring electric kettles or heaters as they pose a risk of burns. Shared facilities such as water boilers, refrigerators, and microwaves are available in each ward.
  4. Sharp objects (such as fruit knives, scissors, razors, nail clippers, etc.) are not allowed. Please inform the ward staff if you need them.
  5. Cell phones should be used in designated areas and with good manners. Please ask the ward staff for details.
