About Clinical Path

Clinical Path Approach

What is a "clinical path sheet for patients"?

A clinical path sheet for patients is a form (sheet) that shows the standard medical treatment process scheduled from admission to discharge for each disease and treatment method. The clinical path sheet that we have created lists the scheduled examinations and treatments in chronological order. In addition to examinations and treatments, it also includes specific information on dietary restrictions, bed rest, and rehabilitation, for example.

Purpose of Creating the Clinical Path Sheet for Patients

  1. To enhance the safety of medical care by sharing information about our medical treatments with our patients.
  2. To minimize the patient's concerns (about examinations, pain, etc.) about hospitalization and treatments by facilitating communication between the patient and us.
  3. To provide information that can be a guide to the length of hospitalization and the time of reintegration into society.
We also plan to provide information on medical costs for standard treatments in the future.
The clinical path sheet for patients shows the standard process of medical treatments. Please understand that the clinical course of treatment for the same disease may vary depending on various factors, such as individual differences in height and weight, as well as differences in medical conditions and surgical procedures.
