Medical Consultation, Use of Parking Lot, and Others

Medical Consultation

Please feel free to visit the Cancer Consultation Support Center if you have any concerns or worries regarding payment of hospitalization fees, matters related to your recuperative life, or any other issues that you may not feel comfortable discussing with your doctor or nurse. The staff in charge will provide consultation free of charge.

The center also introduces various systems such as the certificate of eligibility for ceiling-amount application and the large amount medical expenses loan system. The Cancer Consultation Support Center also provides various information about cancer.

Use of parking lot

Patients are not allowed to park their own vehicles in the center's parking lot during their hospital stay. We appreciate your understanding.

We offer discounted parking for family members of patients only on the day of admission, the day of discharge, and the day of surgery. Please ask for the discount at the accounting reception desk or security office when you leave. However, the discount will not apply to parking fees for more than 30 minutes after the discount has been processed.

Others

  1. Health Insurance Card
    We will check your health insurance card every month. When the month changes, please present it to the receptionist at the Central Reception Desk on the 1st floor of the Main Building.
    Please note that if you do not present your health insurance card, you will be charged for the full amount of the treatment.
    Also, please inform us immediately if there are any changes to your health insurance card.
  2. Medical Certificates, Hospitalization Certificates, etc.
    If you need a medical certificate, hospitalization certificate, or documents to be submitted to your insurance company, please ask the central reception staff on the 1st floor of the main building.
  3. Protection of Personal Information
    We do not provide any information about hospitalization status over the phone to protect patient privacy.
    Even if close family members make enquiries by phone, we will only accept messages on behalf of the patient.

  4. Tips
    We respectfully decline any tips or gifts to our staff. Please also refrain from giving gifts or money to your roommates and others.
