Accompanying and Visiting

Accompanying

  1. As a general rule, accompanying is not necessary. If you wish to have a companion for special reasons, please consult with the ward nurse.
  2. There is a family rest area available, so please consult with the ward nurse if you wish to use it.
  3. Patients' rooms during surgery cannot be used for accompanying.

Visiting

  1. Visiting hours are from 1:00 pm. to 7:00 pm. Please refrain from visiting outside of these hours. If you wish to visit outside of these hours for unavoidable reasons, please be sure to notify the ward nurse.
  2. Visitors must go to the reception desk at the entrance of the main building or the security office at the entrance of the new wing. You will be given a visitor's badge, which you are required to wear. On weekdays after 5:00 pm. and on weekends and holidays, the reception desk is located only in the security office at the entrance to the new wing.
  3. Please use the day room of the hospital wards for visiting. Visitors are not allowed to eat or drink in the room.
  4. Visitors with suspected infectious diseases such as colds, norovirus, influenza, etc. and visitors with small children are not permitted.
  5. When entering a patient room, please spray the disinfectant provided at the entrance of the room on your fingers and rub it in well. Also, please wear a mask during the influenza season. Mask vending machines are located next to the security offices at the entrances to the main building and the new wing
  6. Please refrain from bringing fresh flowers. For more information, please ask the ward nurse.
